Seated Meditation
TUE SEP 22, 7:30 - 7:50 AM EDT

This guided meditation class supports the development of a steady, personal practice of awareness, stillness, and inner observation.

Rooted in the Form + Space = Awareness methodology, we explore meditation as a way of relating to our full inner experience—body, breath, thoughts, and emotions—with clarity and non-judgment.

Sessions may include breath-based awareness (Ajapa Japa / Mantra), body scan meditation, and practices of inner observation such as Antar Mouna, where thoughts and inner patterns are witnessed without suppression or resistance. Some classes may also include gentle embodied awareness practices to support grounding and integration.

Rather than trying to “empty the mind,” this practice focuses on learning how to observe it—building consistency, familiarity, and trust in one’s own inner process over time.

Suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners, the emphasis is on developing a sustainable meditation practice that feels accessible, human, and real.

Note: These sessions follow the same PG-13, authentic spirit as the rest of the Form + Space = Awareness offerings—open, present, and sometimes spontaneous, reflecting lived experience as it unfolds.
