Movement Meditation invites you into an embodied practice of presence through breath, gentle movement, rhythmic exploration, and stillness.
Rooted in the Form+Space:Awareness methodology, each class is unique, weaving mindful movement, sensory awareness, breath practices, restorative postures, music, and simple props as invitations to explore the body with curiosity, ease, and presence.
Music is part of the exploration, offering rhythm and sound as another way to connect with sensation, movement, and awareness.
Rather than striving to achieve something, the practice invites listening, exploration, and a deeper trust in the wisdom of your own experience.
Each session offers a gentle space to reconnect, restore, and cultivate presence—one breath, one movement, one moment at a time.
Please note: These sessions are guided in an open, human, and unfiltered way—aligned with the same PG-13 spirit as the rest of the Form + Space = Awareness offerings. The practice is real, present, and occasionally spontaneous, reflecting the natural flow of lived experience.
